Initial Shareholders' Meeting

Yesterday the Initial Shareholders' Meeting of Glitnir HoldCo ehf. was held. The following parties were elected for the Board of Directors of the company for the terms of two years:

Mike Wheeler, which was elected as the chairman of the board.
Tom Grøndal
Steen Parsholt
